Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• misuse or attempt to interfere with the App or its services
• attempt to bypass technical restrictions or security mechanisms
• reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App except where permitted by applicable law; or
• use the App in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its operation

Subscriptions & Purchases

Focus Cab may offer optional paid features and services, including Focus Cab Pro ("Pro").

The features, prices, subscription periods, trials, and purchase options available to you may vary by platform, region, and offer.

If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription:

• payment is charged through the applicable app store account at confirmation of purchase
• the subscription automatically renews unless canceled before the end of the current billing period
• your account may be charged for renewal within the period specified by the applicable app store before the renewal date; and
• you can manage or cancel your subscription through the account settings of the app store through which you purchased it

Lifetime Purchases

Where offered, a Lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase that provides access to the applicable Pro features without recurring subscription charges.

"Lifetime" refers to the supported lifetime of the Focus Cab product and does not guarantee that the App or any particular feature will be available indefinitely.

If a Lifetime purchase is not offered to you in the applicable store or purchase flow, this provision does not apply to you.

Free Trials & Promotional Offers

Where available, free trials or promotional offers are subject to the terms displayed at the time of enrollment.

Trial eligibility may vary depending on your purchase history, platform, region, and other eligibility requirements determined by the applicable app store or our subscription provider.

Payments & Refunds

Purchases made through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another applicable app marketplace are processed by that marketplace.

Refund requests should generally be submitted through the applicable marketplace according to its refund policies and procedures.

Focus Cab does not control the payment processing or refund policies of third-party app marketplaces.

App Blocking Features

Focus Cab may provide features that use platform-provided Screen Time, Family Controls, or similar operating-system capabilities to help reduce distractions.

These features are productivity tools and are not guaranteed to prevent access to distracting applications in every circumstance.

• availability and behavior of these features may depend on the operating system and device
• blocking features may not function in every situation
• notifications, calls, messages, or other communications may be affected depending on the restrictions you configure; and
• you are responsible for configuring the App in a way that is appropriate for your circumstances

Intellectual Property

Focus Cab and all related software, designs, graphics, interfaces, trademarks, logos, content, and other intellectual property are owned by or licensed to the developer.

Except as permitted by applicable law or expressly authorized by us, you may not:

• copy or reproduce the App
• modify or create derivative works from the App
• distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App
• remove proprietary notices; or
• use Focus Cab trademarks or branding without permission

Third-Party Services

Focus Cab may rely on third-party services to provide certain functionality, including payment processing, subscription management, cloud services, analytics, and platform services.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

These services may include services provided by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Mixpanel, and other infrastructure or service providers used by Focus Cab.

Our handling of information collected through these services is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

Focus Cab is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that:

• the App will always be available
• the App will operate without interruption or errors
• all features will always remain available
• defects will always be corrected; or
• the App will meet every individual productivity need or expectation

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Focus Cab and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

This includes, where permitted by law, loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or missed communications resulting from the use of productivity or app-blocking features.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Changes to the App and These Terms

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Focus Cab from time to time.

Features may change as the App evolves, including free and paid features, provided that applicable consumer and subscription rights are respected.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the App, our website, or another reasonable method.

Your continued use of Focus Cab after the updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
